Den Chan has been studying Chinese martial arts including Taichi and Qigong for 38years.  She has taught Hawaiian Relaxation Qigong (Daoyin Yangsheng Gong, Wudang Qigong, Yiquan health cultivation), and Tai Chi at senior nursing home for 5 years.


Den Chan hopes to help promoting wellness, rejuvenation, and self-healing for more people.


She has been composing musics for mindfulness meditation, qigong, healing, stress relief, Taichi  and martial arts performances.  She has produced martial arts and Qigong demonstration videos and short films in Apple Motion and Final Cut Pro with original music.

Daoyin Yangsheng Gong from Professor Zhang Guang De of the Beijing University of Physical Education under Master Takao Katano.



Member of Wudang Martial Arts Association. Personal training of Old Yang Style Taichi, Wudang Taichi, Taij-yuangong, Xing Yi Quan, Baguazhang, Six Harmony Boxing and weapons from Master Feng Zheng Bao.


Instructor of Sun Taichi. Taiji-yuangong, Hawaiian Relaxation Qigong,  Xing Yi at senior center.
