Den Chan has been studying Chinese martial arts including Taichi and Qigong for 38years. She has taught Hawaiian Relaxation Qigong (Daoyin Yangsheng Gong, Wudang Qigong, Yiquan health cultivation), and Tai Chi at senior nursing home for 5 years.
Den Chan hopes to help promoting wellness, rejuvenation, and self-healing for more people.
She has been composing musics for mindfulness meditation, qigong, healing, stress relief, Taichi and martial arts performances. She has produced martial arts and Qigong demonstration videos and short films in Apple Motion and Final Cut Pro with original music.
